Should do-not-hire blacklists be illegal in some situations?

When I was 16 years old (a minor), I worked as a lifeguard at a fitness center. I left under negative circumstances, still being 16 at the time. They added me to a permanent blacklist to where I can never be rehired throughout the entire regional health system. This also includes 7 hospitals. All because of mishaps as a teenager, I can no longer work for the entire health system, even as a grown ass man.
