Depends on how far along & serious the relationship is. Either way that would be a very difficult decision to make. I could never make that decision without actually being in the situation. I watched my father & a 21 year old niece die from cancer. It just ate them both up till nothing was left of them. It almost took my mother & my nieces husband down with each of them.

That is a tough question to answer. If it was a casual or recent boyfriend. girlfriend thing then perhaps. But if we had been in a longer term relationship and it was going somewhere and even very sexually involved probably not.
