I'd choose tax agency because I actually do know how to do taxes. I couldn't do the vet one because I'd end up giving service for free to poor people so the animals wouldn't suffer and I'd go broke. I don't approve of alcohol, and I don't know enough about the other businesses to have a legitimate chance of being successful.
