What calms you down when you’re in rage?

For me it’s having 20 coffee a day, a bath, something to punch, something to smash, and something to pull and stab. Then i’d feel just fine. Rage could feel like a huge energy bomb for me, and i cry when i’m in rage so i don’t hurt people physically or becoming frightening to people around me. What about you?

Update: i called an emergency hotline, spoke to this person and she was the nicest person ever i almost cried
