It's where a real or perceived inequity or injustice or failure to live up to expectations reaches the point where your rational mind is overwhelmed by emotion, possibly to the point of violence or a questionable choice of words you can't take back.

Or, it can take the form of a low, slow burning obsession with setting the wrong right. Sometimes at any cost. Same irrational thought processes just at a lower level over a longer period of time.

A person's anger is a weakness that can be exploited to manipulate them.

For me, it feels like behind my eyes gets hot, and I feel a pulsing/rushing pressure like sensation behind my eyes. I get physically agitated and want to start moving and attacking to relieve the pressure in my head.

Think of adrenaline rush mixed with a flight or fight response while baked with a fever. Kind of like that.

It's like a pot of water, boiling. At first it's calm , then the water starts slowly bubbling. Sometimes the water can rise so high that it start spilling out of the pot.

It can make your thoughts race, your body tense, and your voice sharper. At its core, it’s a signal that something feels wrong or unfair and needs attention.
