If allergies didn’t matter, what would be your dream dog breed?

If allergic reactions weren't a factor and you could be around any dog what would it be? Me, I have a lot of favorites. Huskies, golden retrievers, black labs, even the wolf (of course when raised from puppy status).

Chow Chow if I was retired n wantd a dog. They don't get behavior problems if not givn enough exercise although they should be givn a lot 2 prevent them from gettin fat, cranky n lazy.

They guard the home, can b kept alone 4 a long time w/out disliking it, aren't the kind 2b destructive n bark a lot. U just need 2b assertiv if they refuse 2 stop doin somethin they shouldn't like maybe gettin off the sofa.

but as of now, I do have a Pomeranian that we found lost on the streets and in trouble, so now it lives with me...

Where I liv, it's illegal 2 keep strays, probably because it could b someone's lost pet. It could hav a microchip.

If u take it 2 the sheltr that serves your area n nobody claims it, they could put u on a list. They u can buy it from that sheltr.

Our dog is a mix, we adopted him because he would be raised on the street otherwise, he’s a fine gentleman, mix of Cane Corso, Labrador and Alabai.

If you put a hat on his head, he’d look like a real gentleman.

Love him.

I would any other breeds, probably have no specific preference.

There’s someone really close to me that has a 50 percent wolf breed with a husky. Very sweet well tempered dog that my friend got when she was a puppy.

Honestly, I love energetic dogs, as they'd fuel an active lifestyle. I'd say Border Collies, German Shepherds, or Belgian Malinois

I like a quiet dog that does not shed. A basenji sounds like the best breed. But I don't see myself owning a dog, unless I adopt an elderly one. Most dogs are too much and they deserve an owner who can match their energy.

I absolutely DESPISE people being focused on ' breeds ' , it encourages lack of diversity , re homing of dogs of which there are FAR too many..
Forget breeds , do not select on a breed.

Golden retriever is my favorite breed. They'll walk my kids to school and back. They are smart af.
