For a lot of men I think it’s the societal expectations from not only society, but also from women as well as other men. Monetarily women aren’t looked at to be providers. Women aren’t looked at to be protectors. Sure yes they protect their kids but overall it’s the man’s repository. Women expect men to possibly die for his family. Women aren’t expected to provide a home for their family. There’s a lot of things that men suffer in silence from. To most people, especially women, men don’t seem to have problems as much as women from what they see on the surface. But a lot of men are like ducks in water, gliding on the water but kicking like crazy under the water.

Society does just that, as measured by whatever warped yardstick they most often choose to use.

That I don't have the upper body strength that men have.

I can't fix things like a lot of men can.

I'm old fashioned and it's hard waiting for them to call. I mean I can call them, but I was raised to wait until he contacts you first.

And I believe that most men are wonderful. If they could just be who they really are deep down inside instead of being the way they were raised to be - tough, don't cry, etc., it would be easier to get to know who they really are.

Personally, it’s the fact that I have to take so many precautions if I want to run late in the evening. I have to be hypervigilant because the statistics of women being attacked while running or cycling when it's dark out are high.

I agree with menstruation. Our creator didn't really fucking invent it. Although of course I understand its purpose. But I'm far more bothered by mood swings and emotions. I can partially control my menstruation thanks to modern inventions. But the way my moods change based on hormones sometimes really bothers me

People often expect people how to be according to their gender.

For me for an example I am feeling pretty excluded by merely not... being pretty as a woman. I am flat and short and on face value just not interesting. On best days I am avarage. Even less fortunate looking guys do not really bother with me or bother at all to be at least decent towards me. So... there is that.

I dunno, there's certain things I think women have a leg up on men. Like it's annoying when you masturbate to have to plan out where to make your deposit. I'm a tall guy, and I hit my head on things.

Shaving your face is also a downer.

Like most guys, I feel compelled to fulfill the "One Trip Rule" and carry a ridiculous amount of shit when necessary.

And if I'm at the beach I have a compelling urge to dig holes in the sand.

So much responsibility being put on us, some most of us can't even live up to. We have expectations on us but at the same time made to seem like we don't do anything.. Or automatically just thought to be a bad guy and disregarded in many cases.. You're an automatic supposed threat to anybody you come across especially if you're bigger (for good reason though)... Sexism. Fortunately, I've only experienced outright sexism once. A couple of years ago at work, a guy got upset with me (he was asking me to do something that I wasn't allowed to do). Once he realized I wasn't going to budge, he sighed dramatically and said: "I don't know why they allowed women to work" and hung up. I thought it was funny, but yes, obviously, it was sexism. I know that other women have dealt with worse forms of sexism, though.

People require more from us. For instance, if a woman is umemployed and doesn't drive, people make excuses for her and it's not necessarily the end of the world. But if a MAN, doesn't do those things, he's stigmatized and considered a red flag.

We're also expendable. Like Bill Burr said, "For some fucked up reason, you get to leave in a lifeboat with the kids, and I have to go down with the ship"
