Yep! It's 5:30 here on the West Coast, the Best Coast. 😅 This is the first time I've been able to sleep this late in 14 months!! Usually my next door neighbor wakes me up at midnight, or 1:30 AM with his stereo/music! 🎶 He's totally ruined my important circadian sleep rhythm! And that can cause major health problems.

I like to think I'm awake and in reality. It's obvious some people are sleep walking through their life. Though your question could be relative, and we all need waking up in some way? But if people are happy with their life why wake them up?
