Has doing the wrong thing become normal while doing good is now rare?

I was looking at some lawsuits, and saw a pattern where people are using law for extortion Vs genuine compliance in 2 party.
Whether it's a defamation case, a divorce, a consumer rights case, etc.
It looks like it just people with deeper pockets wins.
It always has been like that, but now more then before

I believe there was on celebrity who had the same name as a major retail brand and she was able to steal the brands trademark rights without paying them compensation or doing a deal, she obviously bribed the judges. I also know Donald Trump filed bogus lawsuits against Joe Biden's political allies and hired judges to charge them with imaginary crimes. Joe Biden's financial planner was forced to pay $10,000,000 for a crime he did not commit. I know somebody who knows him.
