Do you sleep with your bedroom door open or closed, and why?

Closed just like I need every door in the room and the house if I can. I make sure everything is locked too. I am a deep sleeper and I am paranoid someone is gonna break in and I won't hear it so I put up as many barriers as I can.

Now the children are getting older, we are able to have the luxury of having the door shut.

Nowadays open since can get a lot of air in the room on hot nights even with AC. But when I have guests in the house we do close the door.
