I have a job but my mom won't let me use her car

OK well I have a job on Monday which is in 4 days from now. I recently got my license on June one so I don't have a car yet. My Mom let me use her car before but doesn't want me to use it anymore because I kind of screwed it up by letting my girlfriend drive because I was teaching her how to drive, because I love my girlfriend and would do anything for her.My brother's fiance told my Mom that, because she came to my house in the morning when my girlfriend was driving, my Mom asked me about it and I told her that my girlfriend wasn't driving the car which was a lie. Does anyone have any ideas how I could convince my Mom to let me use her car? I know I should apologize to my Mom for letting my girlfriend drive her car and then lying to her about it when she asked me. My Mom is a bit of a push over so any ideas really would work. I need as many ways to get my Mom to let me use her car.

I don't know how to talk her mom into it. But, NEVER EVER let someone else drive a car you yourself are borrowing! Let alone she was learning how to drive! Do you know she could have wrecked your mothers car and then your mom would have really been pissed off... and NEVER let someone else drive your car unless you fully trust them and can afford to fix your own car if they wreck it... common sense...

You haven't even apologized yet? You need to apologize and make up for it. Of course she's not going to trust you with her car. You need to earn that trust. There's nothing special you can do except apologize to her for it.
