Eponine is, of course, "On My Own." I like Diana Kaarina the best. Or you can try her "A Little Fall of Rain," where her best acting comes in.
For Enjolras, I'd say his most powerful part is when they realize no one is rising with them. "Let others rise to take our place until the earth is FREE!" When they all realize they're going to die and they go ahead anyway... there is no moment more poignant.
Grantaire is extremely interesting. He of course has his hilarious moments in "Red and Black," but when I saw the show, what really stuck out was when Gavroche went to go pick up the bullets - Grantaire was the most upset. HE ran after Gavroche. He seemed most affected by the child's death.
I'm not sure what songs are in the youth production, though.

for future reference, if you are auditioning for a musical, there are certain songs you should not sing.
1. On my own
2. I dreamed a dream
3. anything from Phantom of the Opera
4. anything from a Disney movie
5. anything modern
6. Memory from Cats
7. Tomorrow from Annie
8. Somewhere over the rainbow.
These songs are way overdone, and directors will be completely sick of them by the time you sing one, so the best way to go is to sing something from an unknown musical, or sang by a supporting role.
One that's really good for showing power is Shy from Once upon a mattress.
You could try something from Miss Saigon or Guys and Dolls

'On my Own.' is sung by Eponine and a very powerful song if you can pull it off.
To be honest, the other characters you mentioned, I have no idea who they are in relation to the play. Hope this helps.
