That's why celebrities like ScarJo, Jessica Alba, Kirsten Dunst, Michelle Williams etc, aren't considered as desirable or attractive (though they have gotten nose jobs to improve their overall shape).

High cheekbones tend to age badly though so it's good while young

That is not true. People with high cheekbones age very well, in fact, they age better than people without high cheekbones. My mom has high cheekbones and people always ask her if she is my sister. I also have inherited high cheekbones from my mom. The reason why some people with high cheekbones don't age well is because they don't take care of themselves well. I do agree that Jessica Alba, Scarlett Johansson, Kristen Dunset, and Michelle Williams are not that attractive.

I would have said high cheekbones aged better, which is maybe why michelle williams and kirsten dunst perhaps aren't aging that well. I wouldn't have said alba/scarjo had particularly low cheekbones?

What's interesting is how much mouth/chin shape change perception of cheekbones.

It highlights your eyes, and it makes you look wise and serene when at rest. Also,they give you a regal air, meditative...it's why models use makeup to at least look like they have those cheekbones, if nature didn't give that to them.

The ideal human face shape that is deemed the most attractive is an oval shape. High cheekbones kind of accentuate the oval.
