Every person is unique, so making a generalization can be difficult, but I will try.

Most guys would probably be okay with a girl being as much as 150% of her BMI recommendation for her height. So, if BMI says she should weigh 120 pounds for her height, most (or at least, a large minority) of guys would be okay if she was 60 pounds overweight, IF she carried the weight well (big boobs/hips/butt, and still had a defined waistline). If she doesn't carry the weight as well, then she'd need to be less overweight for most guys to find her attractive. And much more than 50% above BMI is going to make her unattractive to the majority of men (there are a small percentage of "chubby chasers" who like bigger women, though).

Having said that, a girl who is heavy when younger is going to be less attractive, because the fact is that you tend to gain weight as you age, and especially after having children. If you look at most women who have a weight problem before they have kids, and then look at them 2-3 years after they've had a kid, they are always much heavier, and almost never get back to pre-baby weight. A guy might be okay with a girl who weighs 180, but if he suspects that she'd going to end up at 280 in the next decade, he'll probably pass.

I'm not trying to be cruel or anything, I'm just explaining the thought process. I'm a fat guy myself.

I've dated skinny girls, big girls and everything in between and I have to say...I prefer bigger girls. As long as she still has a feminine shape.

For me, that preference came from personal experience. It's not true of all skinny girls of course, but every single one that I dated was a stuck-up self absorbed bitch. The whole relationship revolved around them, what they wanted and what I could do for them.

BBW's tend to realize that guys are people too, we have our own thoughts, feelings and desires and they genuinely care about who they're with.

As for the sex, well... I don't know why people think that fat girls can't do everything in bed a skinny girl can do, but trust me, they can and you don't have to worry about getting rough with her.

My point of view, it depends. Some women wear weight better than others. I can be fine with someone who is 50 pounds overweight, but a girl is like 100+ pounds overweight, probably not. I've been attracted to overweight women before and I've dated a few before and it's not a big issue to me, though I've usually been attracted to women who are chubby - not obese. Though, I don't have this obsession with women being bone skinny like the media does.

I'll just be honest, that there are plenty of guys who would date someone who is overweight, if they are good looking and are an awesome person in and out. But the more overweight you are, the more amount of guys will find you less attractive. Still, it's not like you need to please every single person. You just need to find one good man.

The name explicitly mentions a 'beautiful' woman. If a woman is beautiful, sure I'd find her attractive. Unfortunately, a lot of these self proclaimed 'big beautiful women' are big women for sure, but not beautiful. It's an agressive term, that tends to be adopted by overly assertive, defensive and insecure women. Like, "you don't get a say in if I'm beautiful, I tell you that I am".

I think there are some beautiful bigger ladies out there, but probably not the ones that call themselves 'bbw'.

Let's be completely honest here, by bbw you mean fat women. Guys feel the same way about fat women, that women feel about fat guys. It depends on how fat, and how they carry their weight. Men and women are attracted to people that are at a healthy weight.

Men and women can not expect to be able to hold the other gender up to a higher standard, than we hold ourselves up to. If you really want to lose weight and are having a hard time, then I would advise going to a weight doctor and get some help.

Big is not always ugly. Thin is not always pretty. I Adele and Demi Lovato are very attractive and they aren't "petite" Talent and personality also figure into attraction. Bigger girls sometimes tend to overcompensate and be a little over the top. That annoys me. But, being bigger doesn't automatically make someone unattractive.

But, no. I'm having a hard time thinking of why. I don't usually have to justify why I like a girl..? It's like saying, 'why do you like legs?', you can't really analyse people on type like you can with food.

If a girl is obese plus (girth aside) she is random looking vs beautiful, then BBW is purely a euphemism for "fat", and that by the general population is not seen as sexually healthy or attractive - with the exception of someone having a fetish.

really depends. my ex was a bbw. but I don't think id date bbw again theyre just too big for me. she was shorter but heavier than me. she tired very easily. also really really overweight women have hard times conceiving so that's another turn off for me. I want healthy kids someday. my ex was 5' 300, at the time when I was dating her I was 260 5'8. now iam 190 respectively and I only want to date women who are of healthy body and mind. my ex was neither of those. that's all I require in a woman.

Honestly I don't. I hate to be like this because I know all people are really the same, but I could never date a bbw. I truly hate to sound so vain, but this is a forum for honesty and as much as I know it's wrong, I can't help it. I'm sure most bbw are great people, but physical attraction is a huge aspect for me and I can't get past the size.

It all depends on the guy. I have a best friend who never has dated a skinny girl, it's just his thing. Personally, I am 5' 10" and 117, and most of my girlfriends were skinny to the point people thought they were anorexic.

Not my preference. I think it's more a matter of me being pretty athletic and thin, and my mom being overweight. So the size difference and what shed remind me of doesn't work well lol.

I've been attracted to some thick girls, because they where still very proportional, but not overweight so far.There's some with pretty faces though, and that's more important, but a pretty face still requires an average body or better for me, and a body similar in size or smaller than me.
