What is the difference between house, progressive house, electro house, and tech house?

I think this is more electro house than tech house.

house = 4 count kick drumb dance music.

progressive house = House music with sampled sounds layer on top, gradually bring sounds in up to a peak and then fading them out kind of like trance music.

electro house = Basically samples from 80's electro mixed into house

tech house = House mixed with some techno techniques

All are house, just different flavors.

What are the differences in sound? Are the kicks stronger in electro house?

I listen to Hardwell, Nicky Romero, Dyro, Gregori Klosman, Laidback Luke, Chuckie, Uberjak'd, etc.

Well if you know what 80's electro was you would probably get what I'm saying. Electro with kind of started out with the kick drums you he in 80's hip-hop along side a lot of synth crap. For example you will here synthesize overlays in this link
