Question for guys: If a guy always messages you on Facebook and he is always the one to message first could it mean he could possibly like You or be interested in you ? If not what are some possible reasons?

If he's always the one initiating conversations on FB/text there's a good chance he's interested. Guys (and girls) have better things to do than hit up random friends/acquaintances... he's reaching out to you for a reason.
