This guy who I'm interested in tells me that he likes me. The problem is he's with someone right now, and he knows that I know it, and so he ended his admission by saying he doesn't want to hurt me, but he can't help the way it feels, and he even apologized for admitting it. What the heck is he trying to say? Is he sorry because he made me aware of what he feels for me? Is he sorry because he's with someone else and we can't be together? Why would he say he doesn't want to hurt me, when by admitting it, he's already hurt me because I know what we have will never work?
