What does it mean if a guy laughs at you?

I noticed that whenever I say Hi or How are you to the guy I like he would laugh. Some of his friends would laugh to. So one night when he laughed again I asked him " why do you always laugh at me?" and he said "because your funny" I don't get it! all I said was hello :/ what does it mean, why did he say that...so confused

Who can say these days? Its very bad communication these days and it could mean anything. Best to just ask. Even then is an answer if given you still won't really know what it means.

Honestly, he probably just thinks he is acting cool in front of his friends. In other words, he's trying to make himself loo better at your expense. Doesn't sound lie the nicest of dudes, in my opinion.
