I asked this earlier and someone posted this pic link so I thought I should make a poll. I could only choose 5 for the poll so if you don't like any of the choices in the poll post below. I tried to pick the more common body types but it was tough to choose 5.

1-8 are all either attractive or just OK. 9-10 are unattractive and I would not date

I like built fat and ottermode is just lean but athletic is good too-thats more strict diet and workout routine 24/7 whereas the built fat is fit and muscle but he eats a somewhat normal diet, not blood of the unborn drizzled on protein shakes like the athletic guys diet haha

I hope that you women realize that the athletic guy is on steroids and 99.9% of men could NEVER look like that. Even ottermode is near impossible.

Dude I look at myself everyday otter mode is definitely possible. And there's a dude at my gym that looks like the athletic guy when he's in competition season. There are also plenty of guys who around the same size and definition around the gym but I don't know them as well. There's even a bearmode guy. You seem a little upset at the result or something. Not everyone big is on steroids they just put in a lot of work. A lot more than I'm willing to put in but it's possible.

You are talking about a few guys at the gym and you are just backing by point up. I am not upset. Just saying that most guys cannot look like that. Yes you put enough work into it (roid up, at the gym training for competitions) you could.

But you just proved my point most guys can look like that they just don't try. And no I'm not talking about a few guys I'm talking about the majority of guys at the gym. Some people have this negative stereotypical idea that guys at the gym are all egotistical gym rats but really every guy you see that has a little build to him goes to the gym. And he probably does so regularly. and most aren't on roids

And actually otter mode is extremely easy to obtain. All I do is eat when I'm hungry. Eat fairly slowly so my stomach has time to respond. And stop when I start to feel full. I never felt the pressure to finish all of my food if I'm full that's all I need to eat. Stay way from junk food. And occasionally do some body weight exercise and/or run. And when I say occasionally I mean like maybe once/twice a week. Imagine the difference If I actually payed attention to my food and exercised regularly

You are talking about guys at the gym. Most guys don't go to the gym and most guys don't eat right. I know how to eat properly. "Athletic" guy is on roids plain and simple. Otter mode is extremely easy? You have to eat strictly the right foods at the right time and exercise on the right way, you could maybe get near otter mode. Extremely easy-no f"cking way.

I guess I should say extremely easy for me. I don't eat strictly I just eat slow. I literally have some of the most erratic eating habits ever. Some days I'll eat just a sandwich other days I'll eat breakfast lunch and a whole box of pizza for dinner. And I I just told you my exercise routine I literally do random push-ups pull-ups dips and stuff whenever it feels like it's been to long.

And when I say stay away from junk foods I mean like actually eating food when your hungry and not snacks. I still eat junk food but when I'm hungry I go get actual food like some fruit some yogurt something with meat in it some nuts something that actually has nutrients instead of popcorn or chips. And stuff like that. I drink soda a lot but sometimes I just get juice or water. It's not a full overhaul of eating habits it's just caring a little more about your body.

And it is very possible too look like athletic guy without being on rounds. Roofs don't make you big they just help you recover faster and help you make gains quicker you don't just take them and automatically get big. So there are plenty of guys that look like that without roids it just took them a long time to do it.

My dad had the same mentality you did and since he's been listening to my advice he's been slimming down rapidly. All he did was start drinking protein smoothies with real fruit in the mornings and doing some push-ups dips and stuff and dude looks thinner every week. And he turned 50 this year.

Although his main motivation was the fact that his doctor is forcing him to loose wait because he's at risk for diabetes.

"Ottermode" is a guy who eats right and does light exercise. "Athletic" is definitely a gym rat. Only "built" I would agree that he may be on steroids.

Builtfat, Bearmode, Ottermode, or Athletic, I think. Just not too extreme. Maybe Built, but I generally get intimidated by guys that are really big/muscular.
