Put a message like this

"Please eat when you're home alone and have some time to relax. Close your eyes, and visualize the following. (Insert story where you and this girl are together running through a strawberry field, and the story leads to a river of chocolate, and you dip strawberries you plucked together in the river and hand feed her)"

Then tell her that when she opens her eyes from the meditation to eat a chocolate covered strawberry.

This is totally cool and unique, go for it.

Well I guess it depends on how forward you want to be with her lol. You could just say, "Happy Birthday", you could do something funny, or you could tell her how you feel. Decide what you really want to say to her.
