So yesterday he tell me how he's going to be one of the coolest guys I've ever met and today he acts like a jackass? Being totally mean. And I'm walking by talking with a friend and he was talking to this girl but I could feel him staring at me why? What's going on with him?

He's playing hard to get. It seems like he's a player. I'd tread with caution.

My feeling is that he is acting like that on purpose so he can get you to fall for him.

But that doesn't necessarily mean he likes you.
