You should be able to find it in any sports store. Girls can get hurt from getting hit in the groin because it's still a sensitive area. Not as bad as guys, but it's still beneficial to have protection. I don't know about comfort since I'm not a girl.

Doesn’t really answer the question, but the groin protector is worth it. Trust me. Girls go down from groin kicks, and they make me throw up and fart. Who knows what will happen to you? It’s a weak spot that needs to be protected.
Just tell them you're wearing one. Its not like theyre gonna know otherwise, as long as the shorts aren't all that tight.

Martial arts catalogs. Century twenty one is a very good one. they have many styles to choose from. they're just as comfortable as a cup is for guys. One style is just like your panties with a place for the pad. like the cup into the jock.
