I wonder how many people have this dysfunction in SI (Sacroilliac joint).

how do you treat it? I suspect many develop this problem due to driving with right foot on gas as well as sitting down most of our lives, as well as body abuses/sports. Curious how many experience SI joint pain.

I absolutely do not. I’m hoping to be gone by my 50’s

I applied for a part time security role while hoping the tech industry recovers. I am going to admit, I do LOVE my uniforms. Anyways, this role may entail carrying a weapon. It made mentions of possibly being able to carry a weapon, but it wasn't clear whether this was an armed or unarmed role. I assume if I need to be armed, they will put me through more extensive training.

I have been involuntarily hospitalized before, but I am going to keep my mouth shut and let them run a gun background screening. If no red flags show up, I am going to opt for being armed

Seriously, that land just becomes a haven for terrorism and leads to poverty and suffering for any innocent people that might be there. They would have better lives going to Egypt or Jordan, and it's time to wipe the slate clean there and build something better. I think he is right.

Some people say they live life with no regrets, but is that even possible? You never regret anything you have ever said to someone? Maybe regret not asking someone out? Or actually asking them out? Maybe wishing you would have studied harder for a test? Done more (or less) drugs and alcohol on a specific day? Wishing you had (or had not) had sex with someone? Eating something? The way you drove one time? The list is really endless.

I think "regret" is kind of a negative word, so people are reluctant to apply it to themselves. Instead, they will come up with some weird rational so they can escape applying the term to themselves. But in truth, we all regret something.

• Disciplining children for disobedience and disrespecting their elders. Taking a strong stance against unruly children and teens.
• Encouraging more use of "yes sir/ma'am" instead of "yo dawg" or "brah"
• Promoting wearing of more proper, respectable, and presentable attire with less promotion of tattoos, horseshoe nose piercings, and dying hair blue (and other unnatural colors)
• Encouraging generosity and less of greediness and self-centeredness
• Encouraging the pursuit of actual life skills instead of brainrot and becoming "the next influencer"
• Returning the days where women were feminine and guys were more masculine
