  Your headline assumes that
  1) you can change a man
  2) that you SHOULD change a man (because he isn't ideal--he's broken and needs "fixing")
  3) that it's perfectly acceptable to begin an assault on who he is
  
  "If you follow these steps you will have your man trained to do whatever you want"
  
  Call that what it is: emotional abuse and manipulation for your own gain by undermining who he is and tricking him into changing to suit your vision of who he should be. Violence. Straightforward violence. It simply isn't physical.

  Okay fair enough. Everyone perceives things differently. The title was a joke.
  Also, I don't believe in manipulating people into getting what I want. I meant the last statement to sound as, if you treatment him with respect and show him live and support, you guys "could" make it.
