He's a stock analyst, after the lecture I mentioned about a written essay exam for my statistics class. He knows about the subject and had reliable sources with him. The first time, I went to his office and he lent me two books and we talked for a while. He said to go by his lunch time if I had any questions or needed anything else. We went out a couple of times and the conversations weren't always about the essay. By the time that I had gathered all the information I needed and was almost done with my rough draft, I invited him out for dinner as a thank you. Of course by then I was already attracted to him, but I wasn't sure about him. I hinted that I wanted to see him more, and he asked me on an official date. It just moved forward from then.
It wasn't as if he is a gross older man. I found him attractive and he has good qualities. But I guess comment like yours what makes these types of relationships difficult. Honestly I think I'd be married to him now had it been for money.
My wife andIare ten years apart in age. Many other people seemed to have a problem with the difference in age. We never had a problem with it and have been together 20 years so far.
Well, he is a very attractive man. I guess you're shallow and think of the rest of us are the same. Money is not an issue for me. If it would have been, I would have married him regardless of our issues.
well i guess you got a big lesson. these men, being with a young hottie, they can't help but feel insecure in each and every step that she'll sleep/go with a guy her age. which is what happens most of the time.
Well people can learn a lot from failure. Not being able to deal with his insecurities and overlooking mine, I knew it wasn't going to make a healthy marriage.
Do you think YOU ever loved someone for their looks and their youth? In that case, you never really loved the person anyway because nobody really loves anyone ''for their youth and looks''.
I have seen people attracted to much worse than ''an old man'' (in my opinion and according to my taste). So I guess the key here is to understand that everything does not appeal to everybody. But yes, a young woman can definitely fall in love with an old man.
Wow! So despite being 25 years older than you it sounds like he was pretty horny! lol! I guess you really had his number, huh? Have you had other guys who could compare or was he far and away the best?

I honestly wish you all the happiness in the world.
Age is just a number if you are with the right person.
Sometimes it doesn't work out unfortunately but we need to remember sometimes it does!!
how did you go from "asking for source material" to staring a romantic relationship. thats the question i want to know.

25 years? It was almost surely always doomed to fail. What attracted you to a man so much older, money?

I wouldn't mind being with someone older than me but only a 5-9 year age gap
Young guys can have money too, but only if they have rich parents or they win the lottery. So I can understand why an older rich guy is better.

I'm so glad you guys worked out well. ^_^
Thank you
what did you realise besides that you are a gold digger with daddy issues... ?
I realize how other women can be bitchy. 🤗
yeah you loved him for his youth and looks. lolz.

@damnwinter first thing we see in a man is his face. you can't be attracted to an oldman if you are not an old lady yourself.

Those photos look like couples that are around the same age. I'm confused.
I always thought about this subject and was interested in knowing what others think about it. Nice take
I LOVE older men. However, large age gap relationships aren't for everybody.
I've had gaps into 4 or 5 years, maybe some people in their 20s.
Thanks for the candid myTake. If you don't mind me asking, how WAS the sex?
It was really good.
Well that's something! So he had nothing to worry about sex-wise then? Were you getting it as often as you wanted? How frequently would you say?
At least 3-4 times a week if not more.
Wow! So despite being 25 years older than you it sounds like he was pretty horny! lol! I guess you really had his number, huh? Have you had other guys who could compare or was he far and away the best?
Well it's hard to make comparisons, I knew him better than any other guy I dated.
How long were you together?
About 2 years
Yeah--that's tough! Always hard to come out of a long relationship like that. Have you started dating again?
Yup but the guy turned all creepy on me, so I broke it off.
That sucks! What did he do? And how did you meet him?

It says about what happened.
This kinda game me a microscopic sense of hope. Lol!
25 year gap is huge. But at the end of day adults are adults.
Thanks, this was really well written
Younger older relationships never last because the women are only with the older guy for money.
Umm... if you say so. But then again, I would have just married him if I wanted money. It's not like all older men are rich either way.
Freedom in every relationship is necessary nowadays
