There are literally like less than half of 1% of men who "enjoy the chance". Telling women men enjoy the chase is just really bad advice.

some of the reasons she gave (few) could be valid in a relationship , however they way she started her take implies that she isn't talking about someone already dating someone else , rather she's talking about a guy who refuses to committ to a girl and take it to the next phase and in that case its one of these :

1- she's a bitch, and not someone he wants
2- she's unattractive
3- he lacks money/ not at the right phase of his life
4- he simply doenst want to get married
