Maturity, what is it?

"I want to date someone with my level of maturity" "You have to grow up, that's the only way you will get girls to like you" I think the word "Maturity" has some misconception. Allow for me to explain. I think that your concept of the word made you forget to have fun, maturity doesn't mean that you can't have fun, not a single bit of it. If maturity was what you think it is, you would've never seen a single Disney and Disney Pixar movie, I hear a lot of girls say that they want "A real man" but are they ready for one (Is it even legal?)? I hate hearing that, I also hate listening to girls say that they don't want someone because "he's a boy" but they miss the bigger picture, they forget kindness, honesty, they forget that not all boys/men are the same. Some lives go downhill because they met the wrong man or boy, maturity is what I like to define "Doing things with intelligence".

As long as you think of those words when you want to go out on a date, or if you want to declare your love to your crush, nothing can go wrong.

If you define maturity the wrong way, you might miss a universe of mystery and adventure.

Girls who say that usually mean that they want someone who can hold up an intelligent, meaningful conversation. And they’d also like someone with a sense of direction (as far as life planning goes). Young boys tend to get criticized by young girls because the girls feel like all the boys care about is fun. I don’t know how or why but a lot of girls start to think about their lives and futures kind of early. Even though they aren’t adults themselves they still attempt to prepare for it.

intelligence gets you far, trust me on that one but it doesn't take you to the top, at least not for most of us.
and what i define to be maturity is the way you look at things, how you stand in life and how you deal with the consequences of your actions.
