My boyfriend constantly criticizes my outfits?

He often tells me that I either dress like an old woman, or that the stuff I buy are just ugly. He doesn't criticize just me, he also sometimes comments the clothing of girls on the street, saying they don't know how to dress, and that they either look slutty or ridiculous.

I never expose myself too much, beside the ocasionally short short, no plunging cleavage, always clean, never mix many colors or patterns..

I don't understand. Is there something I'm missing here?

Maybe ask him how he likes/thinks women should dress to get some idea of where he is coming from? I see no problem with him giving his opinion on what you wear but if it is constant and just negative there is a disconnect of some kind or something. The comments about girls on the street sounds like what my mom and sister do, lol. Everyone makes those comments at some point but not out loud.

No, its not you but him sounds like we just want to be critical of women.

How can he not like that second link? Or the first or third? I think thats how a lot of girls dress these days. Nothing wrong with it at all. there's a lot more to girls than what they wear though. What they wear sometimes is just a bonus.

That's an easy fix. Give him your sizes and have him go shop for you. If he f***s up send him back and back and back until its right. See if he does it again.
