my girlfriend had sex with 12 guys before me and took my virginity. our sex life is amazing and she says i am the best sex she's ever had. but i need to cheat on her to save our realtionship.

If she lets you cheat, then it's not actually cheating.
Also, you're kind of dumb if you think that cheating on her will somehow "save your relationship". If anything, it'll make her want to break up with you. Which would kind of not save your relationship at all. It would end it.
