My boyfriend called me ugly?

I'm really upset because my boyfriend and I got into an argument and I jokingly said "F*ck your smile" and he got mad. He then started calling me stupid and saying "Ttyl Ugly" or "Ttyl stupid." When I asked him if he really thought I was ugly he just put "Sure (:" then I told him how its a yes or no question and he kept putting "Sure (:" and not once did he say no.
I'm insecure already and him calling me that really hurts. Yesterday we barely talked because he told me he didn't wanna talk to me so I just left it at that.
I'm on the vurge of crying because not once did he say "No" when I asked him if he really thought I was ugly. All he did was say "Sure (:"

What do I do? should I just leave him alone? He's starting school on Monday and he's gonna be really busy and I dont want to be a burden.
Does he really think I'm ugly since he never said 'no" when I asked him if he thought I was ugly? :(

I also already apologized and told him that he succedded in trying to hurt my feelings and make me feel insecure about myself.

That's one of the stupidest things a guy could tell his girlfriend! Are you sure he's the right guy? Because he sounds like a douche to me and you deserve better.
I think he only said it, because he's mad, but that doesn't make it ok.

Sounds like something a person would say in the heat of an argument. Bring it up with him when you're on talking terms, see what he says then.
