My girlfriend's friend is trying to ruin our relationship. What do I do?

There's this girl. She used to be my friend until I realized how much she pissed me off and now I really don't like her that much. Anyway, my girlfriend is her best friend. The friend, let's call her Lin, doesn't think I don't like her because she thinks I'm joking when I act like it. But ever since I started dating my girlfriend, she's been getting in between us and trying to ruin our relationship. Like she's extremely jealous of me and wants my gf all to herself. By the way, I'm in high school because that will probably make a difference. So on the first day of school, I'm walking to my locker with my girlfriend. Lin grabs her by the wrist and pulls her down the hallway. Keep in mind I hadn't seen my girlfriend in a week and a half. Another time, I was at the lake with my friends and a girl sat on my shoulder for a second jokingly long enough for someone to put it on snapchat. Lin screenshots this and sends it to my girlfriend, who cries all night and blames me. And Lin is always trying to get my gf to chose one of us. Like she'll tell my gf to hit me and sees if she does it (she doesn't). And Lin is always pulling my gf away to have private conversations. Most likely trying to get my gf to hate me. And whenever I am next to my gf or I hug her, I get the "I'm going to break your @ss up) look. I want to tell my gf this, but I feel like it would break her heart. I don't want my gf to get upset, but Lin has been such a b*tch lately. I love my girlfriend, but I don't want this to continue. What should I do?

Hmm, first of all this Lin girl is being so immature. She is not your girlfriends mother so she doesn't need to "protect" her. She clearly has issues and is jealous of your relationship. I completely understand because my boyfriend and I went through the same thing. My "friends" would steal me away from him, get jealous, start fights, all this nonsense. I did not like those girls anymore, I was tired of them and realized they weren't my true friends if they did not support me and my relationship and eventually we parted ways. Im in gr.12 and usually people drift apart from immature people like that, you dont need people like that in your life. And your relationship is strictly for YOU and YOUR GF, nobody else! Hell no! Lol!

So yes, I think you should talk this situation over with your girlfriend, calmly. Tell her how you feel about Lin, how you think she is butting into your relationship a little too much. Respect your girlfriends opinion as well but make sure she sees your side of the relationship! Let her know that your relationship should only involve you two! Hope this advice helps!!! :o

Hey just tell her how you feel. When you truly love someone you would even fight if you have to. That other girl needs to get a life. I can somewhat relate in a totally different way since in Middle school I constantly had to fight over my bff with this other girl. If your gf truly loves you she will give you your place, don't expect her to ditch that girl but tell her to keep her under control.

My advice from a similar situation is:
- Ignore Lin. Making fuss about her is only going to damage your relationship which seems like something that will make Lin happy. Do not turn this into some kind of toxic threesome. Forget about Lin. It's non of your business.
- I'm not sure what else you can do. Good luck with your girlfriend!

If you have a problem with Lin take it up directly with her. Basically you don't want to make Lin part of your relationship, and not let her shit get between you and your girlfriend.

No, it won't hurt her. She deserves to wake up & see what Lin is doing. Yeah, the whole "chicks before dicks", but not in this case. Tell her that you value her too much to keep it shoved under the rug & that you respect her enough to open up.

Tell your girlfriend you think lin has a lesbian crush on her and you believe Lin paid the girl who sat next to you that day to do it in order to sabotage your relationship with her. I honestly believe that Lin is a lesbian.
