My girlfriend didn't say she loved me back. is this bad?

My girlfriend and I have been dating for about 6 months and I truly love her. But after talking with her on the phone tonight I told her I loved her and she didn't say anything back. Is this bad?

I think there could be a little more to the story.

The only person here who knows you and your girlfriend's relationship is you.

Have you done something lately to make her mad.? Has she been bothered by something lately.?

If she has said it to you before, it could mean many things. First, it could mean that she does love you, she was mad or upset at something, and she didn't say it. Second, she might have feelings for you, but it might not be love. Sometimes girls say that they love someone, sometimes it could be because its pressure, you might break up with her if she doesn't love you back, or she could just be trying not to hurt your feelings.

What ever it is, I think that maybe you should talk to her about it.

Sit her down, and just talk to her. If you guys love eachother, talking about it would be as easy at riding a...no that's a little hard for some ppl, umm..as easy as talking to your best friend.! That's better.!

I just hope that whatever the reason is, you guys can work it out, move on, and you can feel comfortable in your relationship.! But just kno, ((I don't mean to throw salt into anything))

that if things don't work out, just wait longer than what you did to tell someone of interest that you love them.

no she just may not be ready to say it I'm sure she will say it soon just give it time she was probably at a loss for words.

no it's not. give her time to say it.you'd feel much better when you let her to say it when she means it.

But she has said she loved me many times. I've been cheated on many times and I'm a bit of a worry wort

Maybe she's just not ready. If she's already said it before maybe she was saying it jokingly but not seriously meaning she's not ready to say she loves you to the full meaning. D: Did that even make sense to you?

Give her some time. If she doesn't say it right away that's cool.
