He lives less than 10 min away and works a full time job, we text once a week. is he really that busy?

i mean i have a lot going on too, work, school, taking care of dogs, but if i have to- its easy to make time... i like him a lot.

is he just not into me?

It is not normal no if he lives only 10 minutes away from you. I had a long distance relationshio and we met 1 time the week. If he loves you he will fund time for you , everyone has at least 30 minutes free daily. I suggest you to break up and find a guy who will make time for you!
