My boyfriend keeps me up all night with his video games and I don't know what to do?

Me and my boyfriend have been together for almost 4 years now, and we just started staying under the same roof. I love him dearly but one of the main things that we argue over are his video games, and a lot of the time it's because he keeps me up all night with them. I have a history of bad sleeping patterns thats been going on for a couple of years now. Anxiety and insomnia is something that messes up my sleep and he knows all of this! That is why I don't understand why he won't try to make a way to let me sleep in peace. He plays on xbox live and he talks to other people. His voice has a lot of bass in it, so his laughing and talking keeps me up because he is loud. We just finished arguing because I kept asking him to be quiet with his games. He kept telling me that he didn't want me to go downstairs and sleep *I still lose sleep when i'm downstairs because he is very loud*** but he wasn't showing me. He really didn't want to stop talking to his xbox friends and even told one of them that I "claimed that I wasn't getting any sleep" because they herd me yelling at him and he was telling them that I was yelling at him just because he was on that game. So I told him to tell the person the real reason. Another thing that irks me is that he doesn't believe things that I say. Like I don't think that he believed me when I said that he was keeping me up. I might as well be a liar cuz he treats me like one. I'm seriously considering taking him to his mother's house to stay for a while because all I want is to sleep and he doesn't seem to get it.

He should lower his voice at night.. I know i play game too but loud laughs and talks disturbs people..
Talk to him calmly. If he don't warn him to if he keep do this he might lost his joypad when he come home :D

Exactly. And I try to tell him that but he gets angry, like I don't want him on the game at all!!!

Okay some times girls ask too much attention and that bore us but just talk to him.
Say: Dont think i dont want you to play games.. Just do it less louder..
If he continues.. Kick his ass and leave him..

Okay. I'll try it. And It's not even an attention thing. I just want my sleep! The attention thing goes when he has played for ovr 12 hours. But ill see if he can understand when I wake up from the sleep that he has deprived me of. Thats why I'm on here so late, because he woke me up

That's what my brother does. He stays up till like 5am and drives everyone insane. Like I can hear him all the way from my room. One day I'm gonna grab a sledgehammer and do the unthinkable

tell him too either lower his voice and laughing and if he doesn't listen and gets mad at u tell him to get out I had the same problem before and ik it sucks but that's my advise to u

Just tell him how you feel. I think I guy loves it when your open. All you have to is tell him that things need to change you're a part of the relationship take some charge!
