Me and my girlfriend have been dating for 2 years, we've been through hell and back together, the other day she said she's leaving me because I'm not a "man" and when she said it she was referring to my height, I'm 5'10 she's 5'2 I don't see why she wants a taller guy anyway theirs a big gap between us, should I get her back or?

First of all i want to tell you that it is surely not a reason to breakup, you have not gone shorter at an instant you are with the same height since you have met her, it is obvious she don't need you anymore and is trying to get rid of you by giving silly reasons, and why are you even thinking about getting her back? Do you think it's gonna work? A girl who can breakup with you giving you a silly reason think about her sincerity towards relation, is it really worth trying then? How tall is a "man" in her eyes? She is not a "woman" then if she is 5ft 2. Of course she is but if you can't a man at that height (which is a really good height for a man), then she can't be a woman at her height. Tell her she needs to be at least 5ft 6 to be considered a woman and not a child at her height !

Height is not a great thing for a girl - I have the opposite problem to short guys in that there are not many guys taller than me and guys are intimidated or feel inadequate to be with a tall girl (even if they are taller, believe it or not). This guy and I lived in different states and he didn't want a distance relationship. I don't really care about height - shorter guys can be really attractive (good looks, great personality).

Because this is the first time i am hearing that a girl is so positive towards a distant relation, it is not usual as some girls are more concerned with the distance regardless of how the guy is, they prefer to date guys they meet inperson because they can be be with them at an instant and they can do the realtime fun, they want to see the guy around, moreover it is a fact that girls always have many choices and options around them but this is not the case with guys where they have to struggle hard and prove themself to get a date.
