Will he lose interest over the summer?

I've developed this crush on a guy at my school who is a year above me, and I'm a freshman by the way. Anyways, I didn't start liking him until about 2 months ago, but I noticed before then he always would stare at me in the halls. I was curious about him, miso I found out some this about him. We both share the same beliefs and morals, have the same favorite singers, both love art, etc. I started to crush on him, and got his snapchat from my friend. We've snapchatted before. Now, he stares at me 5 or more times every day, we snapchat sometimes, we both have so much in common, and his friends have teased him around me before. So I get that he likes me back. But the thing is, he's popular, and fricken hot. What if he forgets about me over the summer? I don't want that, and I don't think it'll happen. But it could. So do you think he'll lose interest in me over the summer? I might not see him often, so I'm worried.

I don't think his feeling for you will dwindle over the summer. Speaking from my perspective, whenever I've had a crush my feelings for them kind of died down a little over the summer but the moment that I saw them/talked with them those feelings came right back and most of the time stronger than ever. So don't worry so much. If anything, just snapchat him every now-and-then to remind him of your presence

Thanks for this advice! i think what you gave me is pretty accurate. I forgot to mention in my question that we actually attended the same elementary school for 6 years. And while I didn't realize this, he did. He remembered and asked me if I had gone there. So that might've implied that he knew who I was the moment he saw me... but I'm not sure. this really helped though, because I'm starting to realize the truth in this. Thank you!!

I don't think he will forget about you. it's common to become untouched during the summer, try planning something or tell him you like him I'm 99.9% sure he feels the same way
