Guys, Why doesn't my boyfriend make me feel special?

So, we've been together for 2 years. And my boyfriend rarely do efforts for me. All girls want to be suprised espcially during anniversary, but mine is not that kind of guy. In our first year of being together, we were okay. He was sweet and also gives effort, but he stopped that gesture. The last effort he did was our 6th month. I'm not a demanding girlfriend it just make me feel happy when he does sweet things to me. I confronted this problem to him before our 2nd anniversary. But he still did nothing. Our 1st anniversary he still did nothing. Tbh, we didn't even celebrate this year's Valentine's day. I've always been the one who's suprising and spoilling him. For once, i want to feel like a girl. *sigh*. P. S his excuses was he doesn't have money and time but he spends hundreds and hours for his hobbies. :(

Because I love him :( and I'm still hoping that he'd realize my worth. And that he is willing to make an effort. :(

I feel like im a dumb falling inlove with a numb person. 😭 I think he got too comfortable in our relationship that he sees me more like a friend than a girlfriend. *sigh* I'll give him three more months, and if he still didn't change I will end this madness. Thanks, Sir! I would keep that in mind. ^^

We've had "little breaks" already.:( but he doesn't seem to worry about losing me. I guess he doesn't see my worth. That i deserve more. Sorry if I sound arrogant but my friends also say that I deserve better bcos they see my efforts as his girlfriend.

Unfortunately, he probably won't change. You've got one of those kinda guys. If you've talked to him about it and he doesn't seem to care, your choices will be to accept it or let him go.

Yes, I've confronted this to him. Because a friend adviced me to tell him what's wrong.

He doesn't need to do those things. Men often think that girls want grand gestures/efforts. But the truth is, the little things matter the most. Letters, goodmorning texts, 1 rose even if there's no occassion. I mean it's the thought that counts. I do everything for him. As a girlfriend, I want him tk be spoiled. I take care of him like a baby, I never demanded anything from him just letters, I dont't let him pay our food every date ( it's unfair for you guys), I save money to buy things that he likes, I'm the one eho surprises him every monthsary. In short, im more like the boyfriend type btween the two of us.

No, you're wrong about that. We, girls, dont need grand gesture or efforts. It's the little things that melt our hearts the most. It may sound that I'm a demanding girlfriend, but compared to other girls, I'm not. I just want him to make me feel special again bcos he got so comfortable in our relationship that he forgot that I'm his girlfriend. Anniversaries our very important to us girls, but my boyfriend doesn't seem to think of it as important. I get your point sir, but what would you do if your girlfriend doesn't care about you? That she doesn't take care of you? I understand both men and women bcos I have a boy bestfriend too and I know the feeling of men. That's why we have equality in our relationship. I don't let him pay our dates, we don't have those gender roles. i love him very much, I would just like to feel that "spark" again in our relationship. But it seems like he isn't willing to do any efforts to bring that spark back.

He says he really loves me, but he can't change himself for me. I mean, I don't want to change himself for me, I just want to feel effort from him that he is really willing to do anything for me. :( Because, I'm willing to do anything for him. :(
