I just noticed that a lot of times
My boyfriend make me feel like

That, so I want to kick him out of my apartment, tell him I'm not going to Ohio with him and he need to buy his own car

Try talking with him. Be calm and politely point out all the problems you have with him: the fact that you feel unappreciated, that your relationship doesn’t seem like a priority for him and that he has become a setback for you. You can either pack his bags and just tell him to give you the key, sending him out of your apartment/house immediately, or you can give him an interval of a day, for example, so he can get his things and leave your place on his own.

If you're paying the rent you kick his ass out. Be careful you're not breaking any housing laws though. In certain places if the person has "established residence" at your place you can't just kick him out, or if his name is on the lease. I hope the laws aren't like that wherever you are living.

I would ask your landlord if the locks can be changed. Pack his stuff, put it outside or next to the door and when he comes back tell him it's over. Or, you could just move
