How to break up with someone?

i’ve tried breaking up with him before but he just kept responding with “ i want to fix this” or he just kept saying things like that so i felt bad and we stayed together. after that i didn’t feel the same towards him. i still don’t and everything he does annoys me now but i don’t know how to break up if he’s just going to keep not leaving me alone after i do it?

Just break up with him. It's not that hard to do if you are truly done with him. Say how you just can't do this anymore and you're going to block him from everything so he really gets the message. And then actually follow through with it.
