Why is my ex-girlfriend suddenly talking to me again?

Alright so we dated from December 2010 to November 2013 (Just under 3 years). It ended pretty badly with myself losing interest in her and hitting on her older sister when I was drunk. I was invited over to her family's dinner for Easter 2014 and May 2014 we went out drinking as friends and nothing else happened besides us sleeping next to each other and that was the last time I've been with her in person. She then proceeded to get a new boyfriend in summer 2014 and when I would message her and ask "what's up" she would respond with kind of bitch replies like "just enjoying a real man with a real dick being mine, unlike you." things like that. Not a fun time. Then she broke up with this guy probably around October 2014. We didn't really talk until June 2015 and at that point she was somewhat interested in being friends again, but then I would drink heavily and send her tons of "I miss you" "I cry sometimes thinking of you" just really bad texts that occur after 10-12 drinks some nights. So she ended up blocking me at some point because of these on facebook around September 2015. January 23, 2016 she unblocks me and asks me what her personality type was when we were dating because she took a new personality test. She's been so nice and we've been talking off and on for like 36 hours now. I just don't understand the change of heart, right before she blocked me in September she was acting so mean to me, calling me weird and a bunch of other names. Now I know some of you will say I should stay away from her but when you're on her "good" list, she treats you like gold, but she can be a total monster when she doesn't like you. I'm just wondering what this change of heart has come from? Could she be interested in us getting back together? Or has she just felt that the 5 month block on facebook might have settled me and now we can be friends? I miss this girl so much and she is the only woman who I have ever truly loved.
