Well is she reserves, NG or Active? Which ever if she's active you most likely won't work out if she's reserves or NG you'll definitely work out and her chances of seeing that guy again is dull, but it's a red flag she's stalking another guys IG pictures from back then meaning she's interested but him being black doesn't mean anything are you insecure?
