My girlfriend doesn't like that I get better grades than her?

I know this may seem like a stupid question but i don't know what to do she just keeps moaning at me because I'm doing better than her.

That's her problem. Call her out on it but not before explaining your disappointment in a calm manner. Tell her how it's selfish of her and that if she wants you can help her but she should be supportive. I felt jealous if my boyfriend's success too but I deal with it because I know he earned it and that my success depends on me, not him.

Do you almost subconsciously gloat about it like whenever you get a good grade you go up to here and say about how your so glad you did good. That would be annoying for most people they don't want to hear how well someone has done when they did bad or worse
