I haven't heard from this guy in a few weeks after talking to him every other day. He all of sudden texts me he misses me. What are some smart ass/blow off messages I can send to let him know that's not cool?

he's an orbiter. he goes out to see what other girls he can get then comes back to you, says just enough to keep you on a hook and off he goes again.

i'd just say haha nice try. and then block his number/facebook
you can't change an orbiter they are just immature and doing it for ego.

i know this because i watch a lot of self help videos on youtube, and i have met guys like this before. i have done the whole smart ass text thing and it never effects them because they always have a string of girls they talk to
