Do you feel bad for people who fall for Gold Diggers?

I have been watching this show 90 Days Fiance in which an American person and their foreign fiance have to marry within 90 days before the Visa expires. I'm really astonished at how some people could be so gullible. A part of me wants to feel sorry for them but another part believe that they MUST be aware and they still allow it to happen, because you can't be that stupid. You're getting engaged to people from poor countries who are like either 20+ younger and or better looking and you are just so naive smh...
For example:

Russian girl, 20 and American guy ,26

Do you feel bad for people who fall for Gold Diggers?

Him: " Can't wait to grow old with you, my love".
Her: *Rolls eyes*
Calls his sister a bitch, calls him stupid, says he needs to work really hard to make her happy, scratches his car and writes "Idiot" on it.
Wants him to give her 10 000$ Dollars a month.
" I don't care if people think I only want him for his money or green card"

I watched this and i do agree he is so gullible and she does have
this big thing for being so materialistic and she is a gold-digger
wow the money he spent on her even before she came to America
this does make you wonder how dumb can someone be that is like
me bringing a girl from one of them countries no way shape or form
would i stoop so low i know when I'm being taking plus i do background
checks on ones name, emails, usernames i always make sure to do
my homework before stooping so low.. Yes this guy on 90 day fiance
was hard up for sure to bring a girl from another country let alone
she was already using him for his money just makes no sense at all.

Can't feel bad about it at all.
I mean, they literally PERMIT themselves to be used like that.

I just have to watch my back, so I do not fall prey into one.

Other than that, the gold diggers do what they do, which is using rich men for their money and provide sex until the next wealthier man comes around, so that she can jump from one to another due to the nature and instincts of hypergamy.

So in short: They are asking for it, they are having it coming at them. I see no issues with that, so long I am not the victim.

Yes, I do feel a little bad but at the same time, it's not like the girl here is exactly hiding what she's looking for or pretending she loves him, y'know? So I feel a little bad for him but mostly I just think like... He knows what she wants and he's unhappy but he's agreeing to it anyway so it's kinda his own fault?

I don't feel bad, it's actually kind of a fair trade (unless the rich person is really naive). I mean, think about it, it's an honest relation, the rish person know that the gold digger is with him/her only for the money and the gold digger know the other person is with him/her only for his body, it's more honest than a lot of relatioships you see around.
Other than that, you always date someone for some reason. You date because the person is funny, inteligente, polite, charming and a lot of other reasons. I know money is a shallow reason, but it's still a reason, so I think that as long as they are honest there's no problem.

Well not all of them are gold diggers quite a few them are with American folks who are not at all rich not of American people even moved to th forigners home countries like this guy moved to south Korea.

And for people like George no I don't feel sorry for him as he is fully aware he is being used and his woman is to its like a symbiotic relationship where both parties get something out of the deal.

And I wouldn't be to hard on them you did say earlier that you would marry a refugee and you'd basically be doing the same thing these people were giving a foreigner/refugee who is not a legal citizen access to your families wealth and legal citizenship into your country.

My girlfriend watches that show. I always find it hilarious but I do feel bad for them. That guy in the picture is incredibly nice and is being taken advantage of, but he's wealthy and desperate so it's kind of like a symbiotic relationship. I think sometimes the guy knows that the girl is a gold digger. But he knows that he's so ugly that he won't be able to get a girl above a 4 with just he's looks, therefore he goes for a gold digger that's an 8.
