That would be exhausting. I don't want to make decisions for 2 adults. Someone taking care of all the housecleaning is not even close to equal to all the work and metal exhaustion of planning someone else's whole entire life plus my own.

I prefer having an equal partner. We each can manage most of our own shit and ask for help when we need it. We both work, clean, manage finances, plan activities, and are responsible enough to handle our own day to day lives.

In which just about all decisions are made/agreed to by both parties, we have sex only when both of us actually want to, we switch between who cooks/pays the bill at restaurants, etc..

men and women are not the same. Our procreative roles (from which sex is derived) has been with us for billions of years...
males are like the hard external egg shell, protecting the soft, feminine interior. That's why men take the lead in dealing with external problems... most of the time... while women are usually in charge of the domestic environment... although there are exceptions which I have seen working quite effectively.
