Well if their we're kids in the mix I'd suggest staying together for them (wish mine did) even if there's no love at least do it for the kids. But if his wife isn't interested in him and I mean at all than, would he want the rest of his married life to not feel loved?

They have 2 teenage kids. She treats her marriage certificate like a deed of ownership

At this point she doesn't think anyone will challenge her and the kids are teens you say. Depending on the age like 15 or less I'd be on the im not sure side, but 16 or more I'd say take him IF he's not happy.

This only all came up 3 weeks ago. We haven't even had sex but we grew closer on a work trip. Things are difficult as his dad is also my boss and I'm now in trouble at work for supposedly pursuing a married man
