What does that mean when someone says I want to wear you only?

It's a slang way of saying he wants to be with only you. Using terms like "wearing" brings to mind the idea he thinks of you like a piece of clothing. It's not the most flattering thing to say using terms like that. He may mean well but it doesn't come across as nice as he intended it.
