so I’ve been talking to this girl for a few months and we are pretty close.
So I casually mentioned she looked great in a dress and she told me she’ll wear it more often. She then asked me what my favourite colour was to which I replied pink and she told me she’ll buy pink more often.
Once I mentioned that I like women with short hair and I also like bangs and she told me she’ll get those hairstyles done on her next time she’s at the parlour.

Means she wants to invest in getting attention from you. It doesn't necessarily mean anything else. I have seen cases where a woman does that but doesn't think the relationship is serious or important at all. And cases where she does see it as serious & important. It can go either way.
