Why does my boyfriend ask me to say his name?

well me and my boyfriend stay up all night falling asleep on the phone, just repeating over and over "i love you".."i want you" etc...and sometimes he throws in the occasional "i wish I could hold you" etc..you know things of that nature..and last time we did this .. he was crying...and he kept begging me to say his name...why?

maybe it means that he was worried about you liking someone else or something (im not saying you do, maybe he just thinks that) and he wants you to say his name so that he knows that he likes you? I don't know or maybe... hmm you know you should probably ask him. maybe he was just being weird. you should talk to him about it. hope this helps.
