Why doesn't he say my name?

My crush and I have been flirting with each other for several months now. It is quite obvious that we're interested in each other as well. I've noticed something quite strange;however, it's no big deal. Or is it? My crush never says my name! He always calls me "Miss Lady" or "Young Lady". I've heard him refer to others by their names. Even in our conversations, sometimes he slips in "honey" or "darling". So, what's the deal with that? Does this mean anything?

I know what you're talking about. One guy at work started calling me by a little nickname and now everyone he works with calls me by that. Personally, I like that he gave me a nickname and people say he does that because he likes me so maybe it's the same with your guy.

As far as the terms of endearment go, I always thought that was a big indicator of interest but have been told it often means nothing. I guess that one is up to you to figure out. :-)

I call a lot of the girls I work with, miss lady, or lady, or little girl and hun, and all those things, so that's not a big deal. But if he calls you darling, to me that seems more of a term of endearment, and for me personally, I wouldn't really throw out "darling" unless it was a girl that I liked. Not sure if it means he likes you, but I would think that is a pretty good indication. That's my opinion though.
